For our longshot style productions or anything that it's more about getting it out fast is the priority, you might want to try auto color correction. This is a pretty quick demonstration and doesn't exactly show huge differences, but overall, if something has a pretty bad white balance, I'm finding that Color's auto balance is almost always better than FCPX auto balance. Even if just by a little bit.
